The Hawthorn Football Club knows what it takes to win an AFL premiership – professionalism on and off the field.

When the club set out to redevelop its training and administration facility at Waverly Park, it demanded the highest possible building standards.

PH Building was selected through a competitive tender process to undertake the works, which included:

• 4 x Private offices
• 3 x Open plan office spaces
• Player’s locker-room
• 6 x Shower and toilet facilities
• Dedicated theaterette with audio visual facility
• Boardroom
• Commercial grade kitchen

The challenging brief involved completing the work while the club continued to operate in the premises during football season.

The 9 month project was completed to budget and schedule. The result is an inspiring and cohesive place to work, with a strong sense of identity and pride.
