Epworth Richmond is one of Australia’s leading healthcare providers, with around 42,000 annual admissions and over 1,500 staff members.

It's a hectic environment, operating 24 hours a day. All on-site workers must adhere to strict procedures and safety precautions at all times.

PH Building has recently completed a bathroom and change room fit-out, requiring:

• Demolition
• Plumbing
• New wall construction
• New floor covering

To minimise any disruption to medical staff and patients around them, PH Building worked outside of peak periods, and pre-planned off site.

PH Building has also been engaged to perform various maintenance jobs, including the refurbishment of the Physiotherapy entrance and repair of a loading bay ceiling.
