William Angliss Institute of TAFE

Melbourne is home to some of Australia’s finest dining experiences. The leading training facility for Victoria’s food and hospitality industry is the William Angliss Institute of TAFE, located in the centre of Melbourne.

PH Building has served the institute on a regular basis for over 7 years, in both routine maintenance and new construction work.

In 2009 PH Building was successful in winning the contract to redevelop the forecourt, façade and entrance foyer of William Angliss.

As the public face of the institute, the entrance needed to make a strong visual statement and exude quality.

It was essential for high traffic areas to be safe, accessible and extremely hard wearing. PH Building worked closely with architectural firm Gray Puksand to ensure these conditions were met to the smallest detail.

The stunning transformation has been extremely well received by administrators, staff and students alike.
